TRENCHLESS ASIA Returns Home
TRENCHLESS ASIA Returns Home

TRENCHLESS ASIA 2014 is the seventh event in this series and for the second time, the event will co-locate with Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) in Singapore.
TRENCHLESS ASIA has a reputation for attracting top quality audiences to this highly focused Exhibition. The event was first held in Singapore in 1995 and has subsequently been held in Hong Kong and Shanghai. We returned to Singapore as organisers of ISTT’s International No-Dig Exhibition in 2010 and after a very successful event in 2012, TRENCHLESS ASIA returns ‘home’ once again to Singapore in 2014.

To celebrate this homecoming, TRENCHLESS ASIA 2014 will be held alongside the sixth annual Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) which attracted some 19,000 visitors from 104 countries in 2012, bringing together global leaders from the public and private sectors. SIWW is an all embracing water industry event and its audience will doubtless have a keen interest in attending TRENCHLESS ASIA to expand their knowledge and view the latest technology and products available for the installation and refurbishment of underground utilities, with minimum surface disruption.

At the inaugural TRENCHLESS event in 1995, Mohammed Alami Musa, Senior Engineer at the Ministry of Environment said that Singapore’s intention to plug into the latest developments in trenchless technology was part of its overall plan to be a model city serving as a regional centre for environmental engineering. He evidently had an acute vision of the future.

At the 28th International No Dig Show held at Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore in November 2010, we heard from PUB Chief Executive Khoo Teng Chye just how far that vision had been realised. Therefore, it is no surprise that in 2014 the industry can look forward to return to Singapore with TRENCHLESS ASIA.

TRENCHLESS ASIA 2014 expects to attract the cream of exhibitors, local and international contractors with the best of technologies adapted for local conditions, along with a substantial body of experienced municipal engineers, their consultants and contractors.

We look forward to meeting all industry colleagues in Singapore where we can build on the platform created by Westrade Group and ISTT in 2010, to provide a major showcase and forum for exchange of information and experience in the application of trenchless technologies for the public benefit.
